Theresa Lind
Founder/Owner/Manager
Theresa, also known as "Nanny", is a proud mother of two and a loving nanny of four. She founded Hopscotch when her children were very young and has since completed a Level 5 Degree. She is so proud of how Hopscotch has grown and evolved over the last 30 years. When she's not busy running the show, her guilty pleasure is spending time at her holiday home in Spain.
Sara Waller
Manager Fontwell/Senior Early Years Educator
SaSa, mother of 2 is a true inspiration, juggling motherhood and a successful career. Her recent achievement of completing her Level 5 Degree is a testament to her hard work and dedication. She is excited for the opening of our new venue in Fontwell. She loves to get involved in our activities and has been known to go to the shops on the way home covered in the children's facepaint creations on her face.
Charlotte Culling
Manager Westergate/Senior Early Years Educator
Charlotte's journey with Hopscotch Ladies began when she was just 15 years old, joining for work experience. She later completed her college level 3 with us moving on to another venue for full-time work. However, Charlotte returned to us as Assistant Manager after becoming a mother and has now become a manager. Her love for animals is evident in the amazing activities she comes up with for the children. Including becoming a surrogate mum to our four duckling eggs.
Jo
Westergate Deputy/Baby Room Leader/Senior Early Years Educator
Meet "JoJo", a beloved member of our team for over 15 years. She's a proud mother of two teenage daughters who also enjoyed their time at Hopscotch. Before joining us, Jo traveled the world as cabin crew until she became a mum. She completed her level 3 with us while raising her children. She has a magic touch with our babies who love her.

Senior Early Years Educator
Julia is a creative and nurturing mother of two grown children. She is also Level 3 trained and has a passion for all things creative. Whether it's painting or gluing Julia is in her happy place when she's creating with the children.
Gemma
Early Years Educator
Gemma is a dedicated and busy mum of four who became a valued member of the Hopscotch family in 2024. Currently, she is working hard to complete her level 2 qualification with us. With her vibrant energy and passion for helping others, she brings a unique perspective to our community.

Fontwell Deputy/Senior Early Years Educator
Meet Rosh, a dedicated mother of two young girls who keep her on her toes. Her creativity knows no bounds, and she loves to get involved in all activities. With her Level 3 training, Rosh is a valuable asset to our Hopscotch Family.
Hannah W
Early Years Educator
Hannah joined us in 2024, and has proudly earned her Level 2 qualification. She is a dedicated mum of three young children and she is excited to be part of the new opening of Hopscotch Fontwell. Her warm and nurturing spirit makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Hannah is a wonderful addition to our Hopscotch family, since 2022. She has a daughter at primary school. With her Level 3 training and passion for baking, she brings a unique set of skills to our team. Her love for being in the kitchen is contagious and is enjoyed by both staff and children alike. We are lucky to have her.
Sophie
Early Years Educator
Sophie is a mum of two and has been working in childcare since the age of 18, so brings many years of experience, including supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND). Sophie is a fantastic asset to our Hopscotch team.
Sarah
Early Years Educator
Sarah joined us a few years ago when she moved from London to the 6 villages. She is level 2 trained and a mother of 2 Secondary school boys. Her larger than life character and passion for getting hands-on in the activities makes her happiest on the floor beside the children creating something exciting.

We are excited to welcome Lisa to our Hopscotch family! As a dedicated mum of three with six years of experience in childcare, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. After taking some time off to raise her children, she has settled in beautifully and is already making a positive impact in our setting.
